Purpose :
Develop, plan and ensure execution of sales targets to achieve business objectives and grow the market for territory assigned.
Lead, drive and monitor the team to achieve goals set.
Key Accountabilities
Planning And Execution :
Strategise, plan and ensure execution of sales targets for the territory. Monitor and
ensure business plans are met through proper and timely implementation.
Client Management :
Maintain contact with critical clients, provide regular updates and research
information, sustain relationships, implement service designs, ensure service
standards are met for effective client management and customer satisfaction.
Client Conversion & Portfolio Management:
Ensure updation of client portfolio on regular basis, inform the clients
proactively, and recommend solutions, with an objective to convert client and
customer satisfaction.
Business Development :
Gather market intelligence create database understand client needs and close
deals in order to acquire new businesses.
MIS :
Prepare MIS for business review and analysis (part of routine activity).
